Elite Team
An Elite Squad of Women and Men is selected and reviewed on an annual basis. The squad is selected by the national leadership of the club as determined from time to time and encouraged on the lines of agreed criteria to reach their full potential in their chosen events.
Leading the club in performance and results, EasyEquities Born2Run proudly supports a team of well-deserving elite athletes who inspire all club members to be the very best they can be.

The team is sponsored by PUMA South Africa and EasyEquities, and they receive varying levels of benefit including free membership, club kit and financial support.

Development Team
EasyEquities Born2Run is committed to the development of the sport and as such the individual clubs will, on an annual basis, identify development squads in Gauteng and the Eastern Cape.
Working in conjunction with our sponsors we will pursue a strategy to afford those athletes selected, meaningful opportunities to become the very best athletes they can be.
Selection Criteria
Athlete must live and train in East London or Johannesburg / Pretoria
Athlete must be a South African citizen or permanent resident
Athlete must have run and raced regularly over the past 12 months and be able to provide results
Athlete must be willing to sign a 12-month contract with the club.
Athlete must be willing to assist the club at events when required
Talented athletes who require financial support to achieve running goals may apply
